Future Shop Ultimate Roadtrip 4
Annually, Future Shop holds a sales conference for their top performers in a "fun in the sun" destination which serves as an educational/training opportunity to learn about new products that will be sold in their stores and as a recognition program for their high performers. On October 21, 2009, 60 of the top Future shop sellers gathered at the picturesque island of the Bahamas for the exciting launch of 2 Homedics brands in their stores, Powermat and The Sharper Image. Hala Events & Communications Inc. chose a James Bond 007 theme which was weaved into all the communications pieces, the unique décor and fun entertainment which included a roulette table, a Russian bouncer, and Bond Girls serving martinis and chocolate cigars.
A thorough 4 part communications strategy was implemented which began a few days prior to the guests departure and continued until the guests arrived at the event and back home.
Phase One: Teaser email sent to the guests a few days prior to the event
Phase Two: A card was placed in each guest's hotel room before their arrival
Phase Three: Information package in a 'Top Secret Folder' which they received upon entrance to the event
Phase Four: A card and gift was delivered to their homes upon their return
