The Amazing Raise, Peel Children's Aid Foundation
On Saturday, October 1st, 2011 The Peel Children’s Aid Foundation launched the inaugural Amazing Raise. Twenty seven teams of 4 navigated 124km through Peel Region (Mississauga, Brampton & Caledon) and stopped at 5 different locations to complete 16 mental/physical challenges, all in support of Peel Children’s Aid Foundation.
Spark, Children’s Aid Foundation
On May 1st, 2011 The Children’s Aid Foundation launched the new Ignite the Spark Fund in support of Canada's at-risk children and youth. Hosted by Global Toronto’s News Hour at 6 co-anchors Leslie Roberts and Anne Mroczkowski, this spectacular afternoon fundraiser honoured the inspirational journeys of Canadian celebrities, Arlene Dickinson, Nick Ugoalah, Tré Armstrong, Andrea Martin, Colin Mochrie and Debra McGrath in a unique theatrical couture fashion experience.

Catwalk Cure, University Health Network
The 2011 Catwalk Cure took place on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at Muzik and was a sophisticated gentlemen only affair in support of Dr. Michael Baker and Complex Care provided at University Health Network. It was an exclusive evening offering exquisite cuisine prepared by Toronto's finest Chefs, fine wines, premium spirits, and a spectacular fashion show.

Teddy Bear Affair, Children's Aid Foundation
In its 24-year history, the Teddy Bear Affair has earned a reputation for delighting their guests with unprecedented, unique and original entertainment. This year's theme was "Best of Britain." The production featured exciting spectacles of dance & song, stunning displays of aerial magic and the rocking sounds of British invasion. The jaw-dropping entertainment segments provided our guests with a memorable evening they would not soon forget.
An Evening of Possibility, Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation
On Monday, November 23, 2009 Bloorview Kids Foundation celebrated and launched the 2010 Recipes of Possibility calendar to the community at an elegant fundraising dinner. An Evening of Possibility was the culinary event of 2009. The event hosted over 250 of Toronto's prominent and community elite, who enjoyed a sumptuous five course dinner, prepared by Canada's finest chefs and were treated to an unforgettable performance by Justin Hines. The evening's chefs included David Lee, Nota Bene, Massimo Capra, Mistura, Patrick Lin, Metropolitan Hotel, Michael Smith, Food Network, and Lisa Root, Centro. This event raised significant funds for Bloorview Kids Foundation which serves children with disabilities.
Oxfam Trailwalker Canada, Oxfam Canada
Oxfam Trailwalker is the world's greatest and toughest team challenge and it is making its North American debut in Ontario! The challenge is to hike 100km in 48 hours as a team of 4. Each team must start together, stick together and finish together. The event is not just physically demanding, but it is also a fundraising challenge. When you register, your team commits to raising at least $2,500 to make a real difference in the lives of women and girls, men and boys living in poverty in developing countries. The North American debut of Oxfam Trailwalker took place from July 24th – July 26th, 2009 along the Ganaraska Hiking Trail. Starting at the historic Fort Willow Depot in Springwater, Ontario, teams hiked 100km across a picturesque landscape and ended on Allenwood Beach along the shoreline of beautiful Georgian Bay, Ontario. LIVERight Gala, Canadian Liver Foundation
The first ever LIVERight Gala took place on April 4th, 2009 and was an unforgettable night for parents and their teens featuring non-stop, jaw-dropping excitement and entertainment. Co-hosted by the charismatic Daryn Jones from MTV Live and by comedian superstar Sabrina Jalees, the evening's theme Taking it to the Streets showcased indie rockers Tokyo Police Club, a sensational opening dance number inspired by "So You Think You Can Dance," an original dance performance by Twisted Ankles Crew and an eye-popping Fashion Show.
Dressed in their best 'evening chic', corporate executives and their teenaged children walked the red carpet, rubbed shoulders with home-grown celebrities and enjoyed an array of activities that included the Gibson Guitar Jam Zone, Video Games Zone, Photo Booths, Removable Tattoo Parlor, silent/live auction, raffle and much more.
Dramatic decor coupled with a daring set design that included a skateboard half pipe set the scene for an evening of exciting entertainment, fashion and an opportunity to raise significant dollars in support of the Canadian Liver Foundation.

Niagara Wine Weekend & Auction in support of SickKids Foundation and The St. Catherines General Hospital Foundation
This past June 2008 over 1,000 guests, celebrities, wine and food writers, chefs, sommeliers and entertainers gathered in the picturesque town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario for an unparalleled weekend of world-class wine and cuisine. The weekend included a picturesque Garden Party; a Gala Dinner and Dance hosted by Jann Arden and featuring the Pointer Sisters and The Temptations; and a Wineries Showcase Sunday. Guests had the opportunity to mingle with winemakers and sommeliers, taste a variety of spectacular Niagara Wines, savour foods from Ontario's celebrity chefs and bid on priceless wines, exclusive wine packages, merchandise and getaways.
Hala Events & Communications Inc. was responsible for the Priceless Auction, Live Auction, Silent Auction, Barrel Auction, Raffle, Volunteer Management, Sponsorship Administration, and the Toronto Media Launch.

The Keg Spirit Foundation Golf Invitational, Keg Spirit Foundation™
Held at the Angus Glen Golf Club, this event offers more than simply an incredible golfing experience. From being valet parked to participating in pre-golf services such as hot barber shaves, head & shoulder massages and shoe shines, as well as a mouth-watering array of on course sampling, the guests are pampered from start to finish. Father's Day Run, Prostate Cancer Research Foundation of Canada
On Father's Day, Sunday, June 18th, 2006, hundreds of families across Canada joined together to walk or run 5km (10km in Toronto only) in support of Prostate Cancer Research Foundation of Canada. The event took place in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Halifax. The fun filled day was organized at attraction-type venues so that families could enjoy the rest of the day together.
The Big Comfy Couch™ - Molly's Walk, The Childhood Cancer Foundation – Candlelighters Canada
The Childhood Cancer Foundation – Candlelighters Canada welcomed hundreds of families along with Molly and Loonette of The Big Comfy Couch™ for the first annual Molly's Walk for Childhood Cancer at Ontario Place on Sunday, September 10th, 2006. Every step taken helped 10,000 Canadian children with cancer. This was no ordinary walk in the park. This event was a 1.5 km symbolic walk about families helping families!
An Enchanted Evening, SickKids Foundation
A ground breaking signature event for SickKids Foundation, the inaugural 2005 event raised $700,000. With over 800 guests in attendance (300 children under 12), this unique gala celebrates families, and especially children. The evening includes spectacular entertainment, a family parade, dinner and a trip to the "enchanted forest" where a myriad of activities await the young princes and princesses.

In its 20-year history, the Teddy Bear Affair has earned a stellar reputation for delighting guests with unprecedented and entertaining performances.
To mark this significant anniversary, we featured a spectacular customized "Ice Ballet and Aerial" skating show in combination with live performances. World-renowned skaters including Kurt Browning, accomplished musical performer Michael Burgess, and Cirque de Soleil inspired acrobats came together for one night in an explosive, exciting and truly original performance. This unique, professionally produced event was more than dinner and dancing – it was a spectacular collaboration of sights, sounds and tastes designed to entice and reward the guests for their generous support.

Miracles in Motion, SickKids Foundation
Miracles in Motion, Canada's largest step-a-thon, was an original concept launched in 1993. Over 1,500 participants raised $500,000 in year 3 of the event. Winner of the 1995 Development Showcase Award by the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy.
